The Company operates from a 7,500 square foot facility which it leases from and is shared with a third party. The facility contains ample space to perform repair work and store inventory. Support & Training
The key employees will most likely stay on after the sale. If the new owner desires, the current owner/operator is willing to remain for 2-3 years as a key employee to facilitate seamless transition, introducing the new owner to customer base and train any incoming personnel.
