Business Description

The Company is a leading a specialty trade contractor providing polymer/resinous flooring installation, concrete polishing, and associated installation and repair services. The Company provides demolition of flooring as well as concrete repair and various methods of preparation including shot blasting and diamond grinding. In addition, they provide concrete polishing, self-leveler installation, moisture mitigation systems, and installation of all types of liquid applied resinous floors including epoxy, urethane cements, and MMA’s. The Company operates from a 1,200-square foot office building and a 3,500-square foot warehouse. Approximately 40% of the Company’s revenue is derived from flooring installation and maintenance services to large commercial customers such as large berry processing plants and airline food service providers. An additional 40% is derived from general contractors. The remaining 20% is generated from the aerospace and government sector. In 2016, the Company generated revenue of $2.3m with adjusted EBITDA of $580k.
