Examples include overseeing weekly programming operations for a global playlist catalog, managing an international team of writers to compose contextual copy for thousands of streaming titles, and providing trend forecasting and strategic content analysis for one of the world’s biggest streaming platforms.

Majority of the current revenue is recurring based on monthly service contracts. There is a significant opportunity for the acquirer to leverage existing enterprise contracts for additional services.
