Patent Pending product for the Archery market. Representatives of Scheels, Bass Pro, Durham’s Sports and Precision Shooting Equipment have all seen the product and been given samples. Overwhelming response has been positive, positive, positive.

$15,000 initial down payment. The new owner would receive 250 un-assembled units plus 4 dozen assembled and packaged units.

$15,000 2nd payment. The new owner would receive another 250 un-assembled units.

$15,000 3rd payment. The new owner would receive another 250 un-assembled units.

$45,000 Total purchase price plus a 10% royalty on the wholesale price of $22.50 or $2.25 per unit. Royalty can be set at so many units and then negotiated such that after so many the royalty would reduce.

The new owner would get two sets of molds (able to produce 2 handles with each injection run) and the molds for producing the calipers (8 at a time).
In addition, the web site and all materials produced for the site to date.
The designs and graphics for the packaging and the patent pending rights.

Seller would stay on to help train on assembly (fairly simple) and also be available to promote the product at shows and events.

Support & Training

Seller will provide ongoing support and could act as field representative at archery tournaments and shows if purchaser required.
