This smoke and tobacco head shop franchise includes seven locations paying royalties along with the cash flow from the Model Store. The stores opened under this franchise system have exclusive retailer rights of the full line of 27 proprietary custom blends of tobaccos; as well as offering the largest selection of blends, tubes and supplies in the market. The shops also carry a large selection of premium cigars, hookah tobaccos, true pipe tobaccos, vape supplies, gifts and all smoking related apparatus. The original store opened 25-years ago, all eight current stores are operating in Pennsylvania.
There is also a Franchise Distribution operation that is part of the package, which supplies the retail locations with the supplies and accessories listed above. The Franchise System and Disclosure docs are all included in the deal. Owners are seeking to either sell the entire Franchise System or partner with a Franchise company to grow the operation.

Growth & Expansion

At least ten more locations could be opened in Pennsylvania. Franchise locations can be opened in all states in which this type of tobacco product can be distributed. Some states are more tobacco friendly than others. The current owners will assist with identifying the states with the most opportunity.
Additionally, the change in laws to allow medical and recreational marijuana have provided a demand for the supplies sold at shops like this one.

Market Competition:

There is competition in regards to smoke facilities such as Smoker’s Outlet and Vape Shops, but there is no competition for a high quality roll-your-own tobacco.

Location Details:

The Model Franchise retail location operates out of a shopping center location with high foot traffic and has been in the same location since it first opened over 20 years ago. The distribution center operates out of a warehouse which can be relocated within reason of state tobacco laws.
