Established for over 25 years, this small appliance distributor is located in Orange County. The products are imported from China and are sold to Amazon, Walmart, Staples, Home depot etc. for online sales. Over 70% of their products are sold online and the rest are sold to small retailers. The seller is involved full time in running the business and travels to China 4 to 5 times in a year. The asking price includes inventory worth $5.2 million at cost. The inventory fluctuates during the year. If at the time of the sale of the business, the inventory is less than $5.2 million, the asking price will be lowered by that amount.
