Growth & Expansion
The bulk of the company’s revenue comes from their state contract, and the rest comes from private pay and vocational rehabilitation. Gross revenues were in the $570,000 range for the past couple of years with an adjusted EBITDA of $122,000. There was a 10% increase in reimbursement as of January 1, 2017, which will realize a $28,000 increase in annual revenue. They are also anticipating a 17% rate increase on July 1, 2017, which should result in another $96,000 annual revenue increase. The seller feels that further growth could be achieved by adding Vocational rehab and by adding more staff, as they receive more referrals than they can handle at their current capacity.
I am pleased to introduce an I/DD Day Treatment, Supported Employment, and Supported Living company for sale in Utah. The company has a long-standing contract with the Utah State Department of Human Services to provide these programs for I/DD individuals over the age of 22, including those with Traumatic Brain Injuries. Most of their clients are long term. Their in-house program serves 20-30 people and the supported program serves 15-20 people.
Support & Training
The seller is looking to retire, but the rest of the staff is expected to stay on. The asking price for this opportunity is $450,000.
