The firm is a full-service plumbing and heating company, specializing in boiler repair, backflow inspection, clogged drains, and radiant heat installations. The owner has experienced health issues and has reached retirement age.

Over the years, the firm has done just about every plumbing & heating job possible, from replacing a faucet, remodeling a bathroom, installing a new heating system or providing plumbing & heating work for new home construction. Ownership takes pride in its reputation as a contractor that offers prompt and courteous service to its clientele. The firm has a skilled staff, that are expected to remain after the sale.

Among the plumbing services provided by the firm are: repairs, backflow installation and testing, alterations and renovations and new construction. Heating work provided includes radiant heat installation, boiler work and new gas installations.

While the firm has commercial accounts, it presently works primarily for residential contractors and customers.
