This partner also monitors the timeliness of all shipments and customs documentation. New owners should expect to make one to two annual trips to India.

Support & Training

Up to one month of training and transition in Santa Fe at no charge to the buyer. Thereafter, they are available to consult for up to six months at a fee to be negotiated which can include initial introduction to all buyers, warehouse / fulfillment management team, and accompany new owners on their first trip to India to make introductions and familiarize them with the production process. Seller will also convey several years’ worth of extensive documentation in electronic and hard copy form to facilitate a smooth transition.
