Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal franchisee candidate is passionate about helping others. They feel rewarded by assisting managers in becoming leaders. Franchise candidates should be comfortable and confident speaking and working directly with President’s, CEO’s and Managing Directors. Candidates should have strong sales and presentation skills, be able to follow a prescribed sales system and demonstrate value.

Crestcom Franchise Area Representative Program

Different from the single unit Executive Franchise program, the Area Representativeprogram is simply the owning of the rights to develop the Crestcom franchisesystem within a defined territory. This territory can be a metropolitan area, anentire state, several states or even a country.

The Area Representative (AR) first establishes their own management trainingfranchise within the territory demonstrating proof of concept. Then the AR looksat developing the territory by selling other local candidates on the opportunity toown their own Executive Franchise.

The AR pays Crestcom a higher fee (than a single franchise) for these rights andmust provide certain services to existing franchisees within the defined territory.

All financial and legal agreements are conducted directly with Crestcomheadquarters. Once a new owner is awarded a franchise, the AR helps andmentors the franchisee in building their business.

For this development and ongoing service, Crestcom provides the AR threeadditional sources of income. The first is reduced royalties on their own sales.The second is one-time revenue split with Crestcom of the initial franchise fee.And third the AR earns a royalty on all gross sales made by the franchises thatthey have developed.

This three part revenue stream, earned by the AR represents a strong localpartnership with the franchise owner and with Crestcom the franchisor, withintheir exclusive territory.

By owning an AR territory the AR enjoys many benefits of being a franchisor without the burden of having to develop a concept.
