Start Up Requirements & Processes

Area Representatives will quality prospective Franchisees within their protected territory who will open their own franchised spa810.  Each buyer will need to have a minimum of $150,000 in available cash to qualify to become a spa810 Area Representative.  The candidate will also need a credit score of 680+ and a net worth of $500,000.

Inquiring Area Representative prospects will complete a brief Franchise Information Request and expect a phone call from a Franchise Broker representing spa810 who will qualify the potential Area Representative financially.  If the prospective Area Representative qualifies financially, he/she will execute a Non-Disclose Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving confidential documents containing exact details and the location of available territories, etc.  We will not be disclosing confidential details to prospective Area Representatives prior to the previous steps being undertaken.

Before the prospective Area Representative receives final approval by the spa810 franchisor in Scottsdale, he/she may be required to attend a Discovery Day in Scottsdale.  Once approved by both the Franchise Broker representing spa810 and spa810’s franchisor, the prospect will execute the appropriate Area Representative franchise agreements, submit the area franchise fee to the franchisor, schedule classroom training in Scottsdale, begin seeking an appropriate, approvable, and available location for the Area Representative’s own franchised spa810 shopping center site with the assistance of local real estate brokers and the franchisor.

Third-party financing is available to qualified prospective unit owners as well as prospective Area Representatives.
