The Beginning

The original TWO MAIDS & A MOP office location was located in Pensacola, FL. The tiny 250 square foot office space was located on the wrong side of the tracks – literally. A railroad track stretched across all sides of the property and loud roars could be heard every 30 minutes. This tiny office served as a breeding ground for some of the brand’s most successful initiatives today; including the cleaning industry’s most famous compensation plan: The Pay for Performance Plan.

As the franchisor, we reserve the right to determine the most efficient territory boundaries based on multiple factors; including but not limited to; your personal financial situation, your local economic prospects, your local competitive marketplace and/or your local logistical issues related to travel throughout the territory. Ultimately, your designated territory is one of the primary factors used to determine your total investment expectations for our franchise opportunity.
